Frequently asked questions about the Sudbury Design Awards

Below are a list of FAQ and submission guidelines to ensure that your entries are in a consistent format!

  • Where do I submit my entries? Please submit your entries online. We will be emailing you a link directly to Judgify after the purchase of your awards entry.

  • What categories can I submit into? Click here to view our current list of categories. If you have a suggestion for a category we could add in the future, email us at

  • Does my entry have to fit the theme? No, the theme is just to brand the gala night. We accept all entries as long as they have been created between January 2017 to December 2018.

  • Do SDS members get a free entry? Yes! You will receive a link in your inbox to submit your free entry if you are a current member of the SDS. Not sure if you’re a member? Contact us at

  • How long should the description of my submission be? Please keep your descriptions to a maximum of 300 words.

  • What file types do you accept? We accept JPEG and PDF files. Please submit web ready files for judging purposes. We will be in touch at a later date to get the print ready files from you.

  • How do I purchase multiple entries? You can order as many entries as you’d like. There’s no limit!
